a prenup is a prenuptial agreement that basically states who gets what if you ever get a divorce..for example..if you're the one making money and own properties..your prenup can say your spouse doesn't get anything if they cheat on you or watever..

if your talking prenup agreement it means if your soon to be wife or husband can set rules and boundaries on if you have an affair the spouse would get everything and you nothing. just depends on whats put in it. but it is to save whoever is making the prenup to cover there butt if the other party goes against the rules of the prenup.
