Yes, they are all over the place. One sure place to meet some hippies is either at a Rainbow Gathering, or around Eugene Oregon, or parts of northern California or Washington...or Iowa...or just about anywhere. But I would start with a raindbow gathering.

They never went away, just up graded their wardrobe a bit. I've been a hippie since college in the '60s and hope to never change. Still liberal democrate, still out there marching for what is right.
