depended on what you would be doing... just standing there i would think you were waiting on someone.. If you were stark naked.... i'd call the cops hahah! BUT SERIOUSLY.... nahhh i hate people who judge others based on by what they look like... they are not always right. I think i'd like to meet ya and say hello first then based on you personality, and individuality... i would ACCEPT you for who you are... Simply because i would want people to do the same for me.

Well, yeah, but not how you mean.
First the "Is this person a threat to my well being" judgement, then the "Is this person in need of help" judgement, and if netiher of the first two judgements are affirmative, then the "What's the best route to avoid disrupting this person in any way other than saying Good [morning | afternoon | evening]" judgement will be required.
My point: every human interaction is an exercise in some sort of judgement.
The biblical "judge not, etc" is not against making any sort of judgement, only really against making permanent decisions [ie "He's dead to me."] about people particularly given our own fallibility.

Yes, and no. Judge wouldn't be the right word to use...observe would be a better word. I'd observe your persona, attitude, how you kept yourself, how you handled yourself, carried yourself, manners...all things that go into account of whether or not I find you to be a friendly person. I wouldn't say judge because if you look like a total hobo, that doesn't mean I'd judge you to be an idiot, who am I to know that just from how you look without holding a conversation with you? But I do make observations to keep in mind of people I find sketchy or to proceed with caution with.

I guess everyone is a little judgmental at first glance. However, I don't "stamp" people, I just get curious as to what type of person you really are.
