I have never heard of having an entire farm of Aloe Vera Plants, but we used to grow them at home to use on our burns and any cuts, or other injuries that we had. We bought a small plant and then placed it in the sun and kept it watered and this thing grew really big!! It seemed that the more we used the plant the larger it grew. Why don't you go to a plant catalog and order some small plants and work on getting them big?

The best way to grow is , to take a small bark of the plant and grow it in a pot it does not need seed a small amount of a fresh aloe vera bark will grow into a new plant and a little water and a little sun is enough

I'm from Arizona- and Aloe Vera is practically a weed here. You absolutely need these these 4 things; lots & LOTS of hot, dry weather for most of the year; so-so well drained soil; very LITTLE freezing weather; and lots of pacience (cuz it really doesn't grow that fast). I don't know about growing it from seed- but it multiplies by off-shoots VERY quickly... So it's pretty easy to grow.
