why are girls offended ,when wearing provacative clothing; at being looked at ?

Women like to know the attention is there but not necessarly deal with it.
There are many reasons why we dress the way we do.
Sometime we are dressing for our own confidence to flaunt our sexiness with the imaginary sign that reads "back off"
Or the weather is a huge factor. I'm from LA - Hollywood area in California. And some days, it's still about 70 degrees during the winter. Our Summers are HOTT in the high 90 to 100. Not to mention the beach. So it's common to dress less here but we're not asking for any stare downs.
Just look casually and you'll be fine.. if she's interested she'll probably smile at you ;)

I'm not, some people just follow trends and don't think the human body should be seen. If it wasn't against the law (and cold outside) I'd just go nude. I'm not asshamed, the human body is beautiful esspically when taken good care of.

we really dont get offended! we act like we do! i mean its falttering when a guy looks at me! i act like it offended me but really it didnt! but we cant act like we like it cause it would make us seem like a huge slut!

Girls think guys shouldn't leer, no matter what they wear.
Personally I don't show anything I don't want people to look at.
I think if it's hanging out of your clothes, guys are going to look, if you don't want them to look, cover it up.
