a 4.5 40 is not at all slow for a d-1 safety. id say that is about what every safety in college runs. corners in general may be a little faster, but 4.5 is right on line for safety or WR.
i would say safety or outside linebacker. if you wanna play linebacker they will need to beef you up a little bit (unless you played for florida state as they seem to continue the trend with undersized linebackers!).
i have to slightly agree with your description of your play in high school. either you play in no man's land as far as talent and scouting, or there is something else going on here. did you have any injuries or off the field issues? you should be recruited by a d-1 school for sure.
anyways, you dont have to worry about what position to play because they coaches will make that decision based on your ability on the field. if you are walking on and need to try out for a specific position, i would try for RB or safety, depending on if you are a better defensive player of offense.
good luck

If those stats are legit, especially the 4.52 40, and you were good at all three positions, why would you have to walk on? With that size and speed, and the fact that you were "really good", you should have been recruited. We had a guy in high school who ran a 4.5, was only 6' 185. He blew out his knee before the season started, and he still went D-1. I question if you are being completely truthful with your stats and/or ability.

you got linebacker speed, but sounds like right now corner/wr body maybe a little heavy, wr usually in 190's. you need around 30lb more for linebacker. but thats what your redshirt year is for.

If you can work on getting your speed up you could last as a wideout depending on how good your hands are.

your to small for tight end. i would say safety, unless you have good moves then i would say put on 10 punds and become a power back.
