Take German.
You will be able to use the language for researching the German publications concerning aerospace engineering.

I am also studying AE but I am more interested in the space program. I started taking Russian and my college had no problem with me doing so. (I am a graduate student.) I have to say that learning Russian was more of a personal interest than anything else, however.

If I had a choice between the languages you have, I would pick Mandarin Chinese not only because 1/5 of the population speaks it, many of the high tech industry is being shifted to China and India. You may have an advantage when your company is looking to send someone as a supervisor to China. But overall, I don't think you can go wrong with learning Chinese, although I have to say that it's not easy. That's from taking one semester of Intro Chinese. I think Korean can also be useful and probably a lot easier to learn.
