Depends on the woman-she may be inserting her birth control (sponge, spermicide) or she may have that not so fresh feeling and wants to make sure everything is squeaky clean down there before the actual event. She may just need to urinate, freshen her breath, deodorant, or make sure there is no spinach between her teeth.
Like I said--it depends on the woman. Contrary to most mens belief, we are individuals.

When a woman approaches climax from G spot stimulation, there is a serious urge to pee. If the bladder is empty the woman can fully release her sexual response and have the strongest orgasm.
Also, we like to freshen up. It's polite for the man to do so too.

She's cleaning the kitty cat, spraying a little perfume on her body, using a little lotion to make her skin extra soft and using the toilet to take a pee. Women like to have that fresh feeling before sex, cause we're considerate like that. Hopefully, you men do the same for us.

Well probably emptying out her bladder? Since if she has to go before you start she could possible push bacteria and such up her urethra. That can lead to a UTI, not a good thing. Maybe she's just making sure that she looks good and is all fresh.. You don't want any surprises. Neither do we...

She's probably making sure she is "correct" down there if you know what I mean but that should be taken care of way before sex is about to take place, or possibly emptying her bladder some men can hit that area and OM-Gosh that is not comfortable. I personally don't go to the bathroom before sex but after sex you can find me there.

She might just be peeing. Sex is better when a woman's bladder isn't full. Or she might be making sure she's nice and clean for you. She might be inserting a diaphragm. She might be masturbating so her orgasm with you will come sooner. She might be daydreaming. You'll never really know. We like to keep a little mystery.

I do so I don't risk going all over him and me. My perfume and stuff is on before hand, so it won't be for that reason. I don't like make-up so that's the only reason, or yeah , perhaps to rinse out my mouth or brush my teeth; I mean who wants to kiss a trash mouth?

We do lots of different things like all the ladies have explained!! but most imp for me - i go pee!! coz if i have to pee I really have to pee and Id rather go before that having to stop in the middle!!

I go pee, I used to get unrinary tract infections alot, and my doctor told me to pee before and after sex, so that's what I do, and it works.
