What traits in Pscyhoanalytical Psychology can a business leader posses or should posses in order to be sucessful? Not just in financial way but also in a humanistic kind of way. What traits might influence him to treat others with respect?

It's a sad fact that psychopaths succeed in business.

The empathetic, responsive business person is usually perceived as weak and usable by colleagues and as a result don't excel as quickly as their less scrupulous peers.

There are some companies that have broken this mold and are operating with more humanistic principles, and very successfully too. Unfortunately, they are still extremely rare.
