i think it was set in france, and the ugly people where stronger than the beufitul people yet they never rebeled, and let themselves get kill until one of them falls in love with a beautiful girl, an decides to comfront the town and make his stand in the cementery with is hotrod of a car.

if the ugly people were mutant types, and the guy that makes the stand was fairly normal but turning into a mutant... then it would be nightbreed. otherwise..???? sorry :(
