If you are accessing your home page through Firefox, then you might have accidentally pressed the +/= key while pressing CTRL. This shortcut increases the text size of web pages. Solve this by pressing the minus "-" key while pressing CTRL. Do this again until you reach the desired size of web page.
Did this help normalize your home page size?
If not, then perhaps someone else has changed your display settings. I'm assuming your using Windows: right-click a blank area on your desktop and click "properties", you should be on "themes" by now, click on the "settings" tab, and see the lower left part that says "screen resolution". Experiment on increasing the value to for example 1024x768 or higher.
Did this help get your web page back to the right size?

if you have the most recent version of internet explorer:
click on the page button(should be close to the home button) it has a picture of a page and a pencil.
scroll to text size
look at what it is set at and decrease it.
i use medium. a lot of people like smaller, but i hate it. hope this helps. your question was a little vague...

Amazing how some info from so many years ago can help someone today. The CTRL and +/- was the answer to my screen size problem with my MSN home page. Thanks to "withe1d" for the solution.

If you have a wheel on your mouse, hold the down and roll your wheel. Thats the fastest way. If that don't work, you probably got a virus.
