That means GMT would be: 01:50:15 and FL is -5 GMT so that would be 20:50:15 (or 8:50pm and 15 seconds)

I think I did it right...

Also it depends on if it's Daylight Savings or not. So it might be 21:50:15 if it's Daylight Savings in FL
