it is an avi 210 mb file and i need to resize it to 100 mb.

I think the best thing to do is turn it into a MP3, you could download some free software for this person to convert from .avi to .mp3 from www.download.com.

download xillsoft and change the resolution of the video it automatically change file size

another possiblity is to break it into more than one piece and post them all to be watched in sequence...
I think i used to use this one to edit video, it used to be free but it's been awhile, there may be better ones now, good luck...
