The song is indeed 'Hillbilly Deluxe' by Brooks and Dunn. There is no deluxe hillbilly, it is more a statement that their party is rather deluxe in hillbilly style. Also it isn't a shooter Mcgoo. That part is 'Shoot'em a coon smile'. Raccoons are somewhat devious creatures. They lost fear of humans a long time ago, learn how to manipulate simple things, and will even get near a human and beg for food if they haven't been frightened by people too often in their lives. A coon smile is somewhat devious and cute.
