I have a full sheet of confederate war bonds, uncut. Each bond is also numbered in pencil. Is this worth anything?

It has been rolled, in a plastic tube. No glue, framing, tape, tears or folds from what I can tell. I have not looked at it in a few years, just left it in the back of a closet. Someone gave it to my father 25 years ago along with stacks of original Harper's weekly newspapers from that time. They are ruined...the sheet of bonds is all that is left.

I just looked at E-bay and single Confederate bonds were running about $15 to $20. There were a couple of sheets selling for around $75.

Uncut increases the value. What is the condition?
