leave the baby alone. the pimples are caused by leftover mother's hormones. they go away on their own.

As unfair as it might seem, some babies go through bouts with "adolescent" skin before they're days old, let alone teenagers. And actually, many of their complexion problems have the same cause as many of the complexion problems of teenagers: hormones. Except in the case of newborns, it's not their hormones that are causing the problems, but those of their mothers that are still circulating in their systems. Another reason pimples are likely to crop up is that the pores of newborns aren't completely developed, making them easy targets for infiltration by dirt and the resultant blossoming of blemishes.
Don't squeeze, scrub, slather with lotions, or otherwise treat your newborn's acne. Just wash it with water two to three times daily, pat it dry, and it will clear within a few months, leaving no lasting marks.

Wipe face with a damp cloth a few times a day. Other than that, their skin is so thin and fragile, you do the very best for the baby if you will just leave it and let it clear-up on its own.

Dont pop them You just have to keep your baby's face clean and don't wipe with baby wipes on the face a soft washcloth with baby soap or just water is just fine they will go away over time. But as far as i know there is no miracle cure for them.

LEAVE THOSE ALONE my son had them they go away by at 4 months the longest...i cant remember what they are called but my doctor said to leave them be...dont worry lots of babies get them...its just baby acne :)

Just let them be they wil go away i know you want to d something I wanted to with my babies too but it went away faster when I left it alone

Do not put anything on them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just gently wipe off thier face a couple times a day, with a soft damp cloth. They will go away as long as you don't aggrevate them.
