I am the system administrator in a an office with 3 comps and a laptop, the person who is using the laptop is networked to our computers is there any way i can see what he is doing on his screen without him knowing and without downloading any programs, i know its a privacy thing but, please help.

It is a company computer and he is able to connect to do daily report sheets on, lately he has been shutting the door and when he does the network goes verrrrrryyyy slow, my boss asked me to find out what he is doing because we dont want to outright accuse him of anything, that why i want to know,

If you are the system admin, you should already know how to do this. Also be aware that it is very unethical and possibly illegal unless you are acting for management. And by the way, if the laptop is not the companies property, what you are trying to do, even if approved by management, is illegal.

Well, is he supposed to be connected? What makes him different from any of your other computers? If he is "stealling" connections then shut him out! If you are the admin, allow only those who are supposed to connect to connect. otherwise, you have an employee problem not a computer issue.

symantec should have sonething like that...
not the Norton(home User) version the corperate stuff

Just fire him, and get it done with. You can either prove it, or have more important things to do.
