Just out of the blue say, I think it would be really cool to hang out, do you want my number? Then of course if she takes yours then you would get hers. No big deal... Drop the drama just be yourself, you will live happier that way. What? Its going to kill you to ask for a number, oh horror how tramatic... If I could go back in time and be more forward and assertive, I would of had way more fun in my earlier years. Regret, is things you never did. Try to live a regretless life...

That`s an easy one! It`s a no brainer! Just simply ask her if you can have her phone number and call her up to do stuff. Find an activity that would would have fun together and invite her!
