Ati Radeon x1900xtx
2 gb ram
soundblaster sound card
Anyways my comp temps usually go between 76 F to about 86 F. It is usually idle around 78 F. I was wondering if that temp was bad. I was just scared that my comp was overheating when it goes over 80 F.

That's just fine. As long as you are sure it's not Celsius

its fine for the dual core processor, if you want to cool it down you need to buy a new cooling system for your processor, and try to add some fan to your cpu case.

your computer is fine,this is normal and the fans on your computer will cool it down when needed.

put one more CPU fan in your CPU, and keep your PC in an Air conditioner room, so your PC will never had an issue of temprature.
