I would like to know where I can play free online chess with no membership fee, no limit on the number of games that I can play, create my own team or club, chat with other players, create my own 4 player and 16 player tournaments, create my own swiss tournaments, annotate my games and have them saved forever for my future reveiw, have other players reveiw my games for me and do this all for free without ever having to pay a membership fee.

The free internet chess server has most of the features you requested. You can play, get a rating, save your games to disk and to an online library, you can chat with other players and do alot of other things. You can find fics here: http://www.freechess.org

There is even a fics teaching ladder where you can submit games for review here: http://www.freechess.org/Ladder/index.html

The only thing it cannot do is create your own club, however there are sometimes team tournaments or you could create your own team tournaments and play in those.

I do not suggest you play on yahoo, as it's really poorly designed and there is no cheat prevention.

Also for clients to play on fics I suggest you get Babaschess, which is easiest and user-friendly, or THIEF, which is more customizable and has more piece sets to try out.
