I an understand where you are coming from, I'm 17 and a B cup-just! It really makes you paranoid! I am constantly complaining about mine, and like you everybody in my family have full chests...apart from me that is! I cant wear low cut tops or anything! And i was really feeling down about it, but then i just thought its not the end of the world, i have small breasts but so what? plenty of women do!
So please dont worry to much about it now! They will grow! x

Consider that you may be getting your ideas of beauty from the touched up photos of models who stuff their bras in magazines.
Who do you want to impress with c-cup breasts? What will having larger breasts permit you to do that you are not able to do now?
What is the function of breasts? To produce milk for babys. Do you have a baby? Are you planning on having one soon?
Whenever you do become pregnant, your breasts will become bigger.
As you are only 16, you are probably not done growing yet. Bigger breasts may still be in your future.
Men like many things about women, included among those things are breasts. Some like them big and some like them small. Ask whoever it is that you are trying to attract which he prefers. If he prefers larger breasts than you have, then it is his lose.
Yes, I am male and no, I am not homosexual. You may be saying what the heck does he know. I have sisters, I have a wife and a mother. I may not have breasts, but I have enough female influences in my life to form an opinion which I have just shared with you.

Well I cant say I understand what you go through but im the opposite. I delveloped breast in 2nd grade and they gave me a hard time after that, especially since I was below my suggested weight. Maybe you arent getting enough vitamins?? Or maybe its just your body since you are your own person. you know. I know that some women dont grow breast and they stay at an A cup(I have 2 cousins like that) but hopefully you grow them soon. They arent anything to get too excited about.

Wear clothes that are flattering to your figure; I was always nicknamed "Twiggy" and now look back and wish I had realized how fortunate I was to be so thin (once I had my son I put on 30 pounds that are still around today, where I was under 100 pounds before).
Your chest may or may not grow, some people go on extreme diets to get your shape so enjoy what you have!

My wife was in your situtaion when she was in High school. She was 18 before she got to go to a b Cup. And she only got her periods twice a year for 5 years and love every moment. It wasn't until we got married and starting having kids that things change for her. Her flat chest became a full chest to a size DD cup. and having periods monthly. So don't be to alarm just enjoy your time as a teenager.

Since you had your period late, you may be slow in getting breasts too. Lots of guys like small firm boobs. If you feel really shy about it, you can wear a padded bra.

For me, it is not about looks.
As long as you're nice and sweet, say hello to some guys!
Everyone develops at their own rate. I got my armpit (ha, armpit) hair around ten. My dad noticed a smell when we came back from Legoland.
