Sounds like you need to do a lot more thinking and a lot less drinking; like the above posters indicate, driving is not a right, it is a privilege. With 4 DUI's, not only proves that you are a slow to negative learner, but most likely have lost your license for a minimum of 10 years for being a habitual traffic offender, if not for life.

If you want to fish more often, either get a cabin on the lake or find a sober buddy that likes to fish that will take you along for laughs and entertainment value on fishing trips.

It will take a lot of money and a real good lawyer to get them back, even then , you may not. there is no one to sue except yourself for getting 4 dui's, it was your own fault. Buy a bike and paddle to the creek.

I have to say, if you've lost your license to drive, what does this have to do with fishing??? Catching fish should have nothing to do with driving!
4 D.U.I.'s, sue yourself for not learning the 1st 3 times!

Can't sue anyone, but you can find a part time job which requires a vehicle, then make an application to the court, as you need the vehicle to make a living... (self employed?)
And get a lawyer...

You drove under the influence knowing that it was illegal, just go fishing anyways.

A little advice----get off the bottle.

Hey dumb *** listen closely DRIVING IS A PRIVILEGE AND NOT A RIGHT! Just who the hell do you think you are? The only one who should be sued here is you.

The last time I read the constitution, there was no right to drive.

Your privlege to drive can be taken away, as can your freedom, for violating law.

however your intelligence seems to be missing on you own volition.

Who do these people think they are???

The law, that's who. And they don't give a F&^$(^$( F)&%) about what you like to do.
