Isn't "the secret" really a redressed copy of The Secret Law Of Attraction Master Key System by Charles f Haanel and The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace D Wattles ??? put in a new shiny package and pawned off as her own ideas???

This was just two parts of a long line of things she ran across in putting together "The Secret".

I myself prefer all the old writings on the law of attraction from the end of the 1800's and early 1900's. It takes the vain wishing and magical wishy washiness out of it.

They go deep and really explain ALL the aspects of this universal law. It has changed my life for the better. We can only use our own experiences with the LofA to build our trust in knowing it is real.

If it was good enough for Bill Gates to drop out of University for and follow his Microsoft dreams(The Master Key System) then it's good enough for me.

The Secret is mostly based on a forgotten 1910 classic - The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace D. Wattles. The book itself is free! Just click here to go get it. http://www.free-sogr.wotsnext.com

As a teacher of The Secret for many years, as well as being a profession psychic, I now recommend The Secret DVD to everyone. http://www.psychic-junkie.com/does-the-secret-really-work.html

As a Man Thinketh by James Allen was the first in a long line of self help books like this, Rhonda Byrne obviously wants her own money

I'm familiar with both. And the ideas are very similar. The underlying message here is positive things to positive people.

Anyone not familiar with it can get a copy here:
