At the bar, i m a waitress and i have to wear black spaghetti straps, black mini skirt, black fishnets and black boots. I kinda like this uniform cuz its not as revealing as the one before. well, a few days ago i was handing them out drinks, and i was in a good mood. All of a sudden, this guy who had a bunch of friends pulled down my zipper at the back of my skirt. The whole thing fell down, all i had under were black panties. i quickly pulled it back and zipped in up. that guy apologize.
i was real mad but i guess i was a bit too mean to the guys before, so i just accepted his apology and yeah thats it. What would you do?

I would of had the guy arested or kicked out. That is never an acceptable thing. Watch the movie dukes of hazard again, you gotta be in charge. Hnads off. If you had him arrested and charged. You would of got a settlement large enough you would not have to work for awhile, the fact the club did nothing is also sue able. Your suppost to be protected and your rights protected.
Never let anyone get away with that kind of stuff again.

I would have had him and his mate's arses kicked out the door. Just because you are waitressing doesn't give him or anyone the right to demean you in that way. Next time get them booted out the door.

Firstly, this kind of behaviour comes with the territory. If you feel violated, then you have to report it but if it was no harm to you, and if you take it as just immature guys getting their kicks....
Plus, you mention that you were mean before,I don't know the whole story but just the same if there's no harm, and he did apologise. Only you know if the apology is sincere...

I'd say you were to nice about it all.At best you should have had them thrown out.At worst you should have clobbered them.I hoped they tipped well afterwards.Perhaps you could have gotten your door men to explain how you should have been compensated for your embarrassment.Before escorting them out the door.

tell me were you work so i can do it too, kidding but really you are dumb i mean how could you let a guy unzipped you zipper and you thought that you were mean to them so he had the right to undress you, if all the woman were like that, they'll all be naked, what if they come next week and they do it again, they'll think you liked it and you didn't so please don't let anyone do it again.

i definitely would have smacked him or done something about it because thats just uncalled for. in fact, i bet you could have sued him for sexual harrassment
