Yes they have nuclei, almost all living cells have a nucleus, only specialised cells do not and the only one i can think of off hand is red blood cells, they do not have nuclei.

I'm not sure to what your referring to because guard cells and epidermal cells are present in most organisms and thus have different characteristics. But in general, both cells do have nuclie, as in a nucleus each. You may want to refer to a diagram of a leaf in cross-section to clarify your doubts. The diagram should be able to depict the major components inside the cells.

Yes they do - the question is probably trying to trick you because the guard cells are the only epidermal cells with chloroplasts, so your teacher is probably hoping some people will get mixed up!

No they are empty and they elongate and open in the center like a respiratory system to release water transport sugars made in photosynthesis.
