my friends' little brothers were playing, and then they came out and some kids wanted them to come and play, and when they said no, the kids started cussing. they said, "get over hear motherf uckers!" and then they went in their house and got metal bats and threatened them! this happened when me and my friends were doing a report. should we tell the police and the kids parents. i mean my friends' brothers came in crying and telling their parents, but what about the abusive kids parents?

I would report the abusive parents to the police, just so that they have it on record if anything bad happens in the future.
I am sure you watch the news on t.v. how neighbors ignored abusive parents and the end results were tragic. It is imperative that you report them. Don't put your head in the sand. Good luck,

Maybe you can find out where the trouble makers go to school and then the school principal can tell their parents.
When I was a kid a group of kids beat up one of my friends and his parents told the school principal and the bad kids got in trouble at school and at home. It was great!

i think you should either have alot of kids around and have like a camera to take a picture or something then report it to the police. make sure you have evidence

i think you should tell anyone in case something bad happens tell thepolice if you have to it can be anonymous if you don't want them to know who told but tell someone you never know what may be in those bad kids head
