I thought I had heartburns. I've been having these burns since I was around 9. I checked it out at my doctor's and he says it's an ulcer and it's probably caused by stress. u should probably get urself checked out 2 b/c u can start coughing up blood if u let it persist.

A spoonful of baking soda mixed well in a glass of cold water. Once you start drinking it don't stop until it's gone. But for a long term fix ask the pharmacist for over the counter acid reducing medicine. Most last for up to 12 hours and they work. I know, I take them every day.

You may have the touch of a flu. Try some dry toast and a glass of milk. Then have a couple of table spoons of milk of magnesia. I am glad that you are not pregnant. You appear to be too young for motherhood. Perhaps I am wrong but I would try to enjoy your youth and worry about the motherhood later.

You may have gastric reflux called oesophagitus. You should get it checked if it is not going away. Or an Ulcer.
Gastrogel is great you can swig it every 1/2 or so until it has gone.
Thats an Aussie brand but you may have something similar.
