I am talking about saying i am not shy i am confident.i am not shy i can talk with that girl, i am not shy I am a great saleman .if i lie and tell myself,what i am not, then i can become what i wish to be,

You can beleive a lie you tell to other people about your actions. I've done this a few times. It is kind of like when grandpa tells his big fish story so many times that he then forgets what the truth is and the lie becomes more beleivable.

As far as telling yourself that you are confident, sexy, and a good salesmen - nope. Those things are based on experience, what you are born with, and the development of skill.

No amount of lying can make you good at something. Dubya still thinks that we can win his war using a sheer number of troops. But no one else beleives his own lie.

Actually, yes I have. I was just lying to one person about something and eventually told everybody that. It was an instinct.. I couldn't even remember what really happened until my friend told me...

OMG ALL THE TIME!! I always say my husband is cheating on me when i know he doesent but i swear to god he does!!! yet he doesent i hate that i do this!!!!!!!!!!

but it also depends, if you want to block out something or erase somthing.
