How did the mortician know it was an "Accidental" overdose? How can he determine what her intent was?

I think she was murdered. I think money talks and covers up horrific crimes. I think her son was murdered as well. All very sad.

The media (ever seeking to cause mass-sensationalism amongst the populace to boost their own ratings at the cost of reporting the accurate truth) chose the word "overdose" because it grabs your attention and it inspires emotional response with you.
The truth is, there wasn't one single drug in her system that she took too much of - but rather, she took a lethal COMBINATION of drugs that didn't react well with each other.
The liberal media constantly tries to get more attention by using words that are loaded with emotion. Try reading between the lines when you see the commercials for the upcomming presidential election.
As far as whether it was accidental or not, I beleive he is just speculating at this point. But I think the majority of us beleive it was a homicde (possibly faked)- because the fact is that her son died of the same type of problem - in the same country.
Motive? Life Insurance. The fact that all this happened in a foreign country just months after she was declared a citizen is enough for me to beleive that something else is going on.
But since I care not much about the fat hooker, I'll just assume that she died a slow painful death before as she choked on her own vomit.

joshua perper was going off from all the emails that the seminole police found in howard k stern's computer and from there it was concluded that she didn't want to take her own life and that she was getting better from the loss of her son daniel. It would seem that all the injections of HGH she was giving herself in the buttocks caused a serious infection and she didn't realize how serious the condition was. she didn't want to go to the hospital because of the attention she had on her and because it was also in a hospital room that she last saw her son.
Joshua perper is an expert at his field and we have to trust that he knows what he is talking about until the seminole police can come up with evidence that anyone had anything to do with it. we will find out if anything comes out of daniel's inquest tomorrow and if there is any evidence that could be linked.

He said that accidental is a legal term they use at the coroners office and that there are three types of overdoses...and he ruled out the other two and end up with this one.

i knew it the whole time that it was a drug overdose of pills what else could it have been, i mean they found nothing else in her system right so the last results were overdose on pills in which most people probably guessed that was it.
