I have asked my wife to walk on my back to maggase and "crack" it, but she thinks she is too heavy. Is it dangerous for a heavier woman to do this? What actual injuries, if any, could occur? What is the maximum "safe" weight of a woman to walk on the back of a 6', 180lb man?

Well, I have a very strong back and it takes alot to crack it, my 260 lbs buddy is the only one that has been able to crack it, (yes he had to stand on me) yeah injury could occur and it is best left to professionals, but u could just have her stradle ur butt and push with her palms, and if thats enough weight then don't worry about her walking on it. If nothing happen ur back seems to support the weight easily she should be able to walk on it. But, don't blame me if u wind up paralyzed, I just gave an opinion.

I'd say when the woman weighs more than the man. Good luck.

the safe answer is, its cool as long as you dont get hurt. and if you do just lie and tell everyone you did it lifting. lol. oh and everyone includes her or more injury may follow.
