Pretty high since I have never seen an employer who didn't request documentation for identification. What would you bring for identification? Obviously you don't have a driver's license or even a permit for that matter. You don't have a military ID or a college ID. Any other id you'd have (birth certificate, etc) would have your DOB on it. In most states minors (read under 18) are required to have working papers signed by your parent/guardian stating that you're at least 16 and have their consent to work. Sorry bud, I toast your enthusiasm to enter the working world, but you might just as well wait the extra months until you're 16 (unless of course your family has a business.)
Good Luck!

You'll get caught. They'll want to see ID. Can you get a work permit? A lot of states allow a person under 16 to work if they get a permit. Ask your counselor at school what you need to get a work permit. Years ago, my son got the form at school. I had to sign permission and we mailed it to the state capital. He got the permit a few weeks later. When he got out in the job market, he found that places like Micky D's wouldn't hire him because of their insurance. He eventually did get a job washing dishes in a locally owned restaurant. Good luck. I hope you'll find a summer job.

Yea unless you are getting paid "under the table", meaning without the government knowing, the employer will want proof of employment eligibility - in the form of Social Security Card, government photo ID, or birth certificate. Your chances are slim to none and hey put off working as LONG as you can!!! You will have many long years to work, just enjoy being young.

They will ask birth certificate as proof of age, so u will get caught there only. So better to avoid wrong way... You may also look out for an option to work online to make extra cash in your spare time.

Extremely high. It's not something you want to risk because it gets your employer in trouble. And if you get your employer in trouble, it's going to be really hard finding another job.

well in order to work at any job...besides like babysitting and stuff...they require you to fill out paperwork and make copies of your i.d.. so chances are you will get caught.
