A werewolf would win, by speed and strength. yes i know king kong is bigger and stronger but he is much slower. but hey that is just what i think.

Werewolf would bite King Kong, who would in turn become a were wolf too, and would simply eat the werewolf in one bite (he's big!). And I don't agree that the werewolf would kind of "win", because he would be dead and King Kong would still be alive and well.
Edited: actually, I don't think WW would actually infect KK with lycanthropy, since KK is an animal, and only people can be werewolves!

Physically King Kong would whooped the werewolf *** (or entire body) just by stomping on the little poodle.
However, the werewolf may get the chance to infect the big ape. Then, even if it dies, the Big Ape would become a Big Dog and hence, its legacy continues and it can be considered a win for its side

king kong is huge, he would just step on the wolf. however, like the dude above me mentiond, if the wolf managed to turn king kong into king wolf before he died, the wolf pretty much wins because now king kong is a werewolf too.

Yes, king kong would probably just step on WW.If he did inflict him, KK would crush him.Then technically the wolf is dead and KK is alive, so KK would win ( as a WW)

Wouldn't KK just stomp him, I mean a werewolf is, what six foot?
KK is 60 FEET
