I'd say any Christian hardcore music including bands like Demon Hunter or Underoath. With all of that screaming in the music it helps the anger to go away.

My outlet for anger, is actually my Tai kwon do class. More like the sparring part of the class where I can kick and punch real people to get all of the anger out. Which doesn't happen often, the whole being angry part not the sparring.=)

Cleaning....theres nothing like it really......getting all that anger out by scrubbing the heck out of the floors or whatever, or even running the sweeper....and you've killed one bird with two stones, so to speak.......because then once you've vented all your anger......then you have a nice clean house....

It just goes away. I'm not the type of person to stay mad for a long time and I don't carry grudges, but I do remember for future, like situations.

My medications prevent me from becoming angry for the most part and I'm pretty laid back generally . When I do get mad I find a distraction of some sort and don't stay mad for long .

usually i like to karate chop someone in the throat when their talking. sometimes when that person is gasping for air i will jam my thumb rite in their eye. and when im feeling creative i will try and rub their eye with a pickle. not really but hopefully reading this will lighten your tension.
