I don't know. The strange thing about the department of Agriculture is that they are in charge of a majority of the federal government's payroll. What does that have to do with agriculture? Unless people think federal employess are like cows. I think you have to know about math, biology, and industrial engineering for that spot. Or you could be buddy buddy with the president or some congressman and get the job like 75% of everyone working in the executive branch.
