Is it best to use image shack to upload photos for my freewebs site?

I am asking b/c you are only allowed to upload a certain amount of pics. So would it be best to use image shack and do the html thing for the pics? I have almost reached my limit on uploading pics.

I use ImageShack as well as Ripway...
