They say it can't hurt to do this. They recommend placing a small pillow under your bottom and staying this way for 15 to 20 mins might help.

I wouldn't say it ensures pregnancy, but it can help. Everytime we had sex while we were trying to conceive I would lay still either with my hips elevated or just flat for 15-20 mins. I'm not saying this is the reason I conceived the first month we tried, but it couldn't have hurt anything. Good luck to you!

O.k. ive read all those other answers and i hope this helps you. I got pregnant with twins and let me tell you what the secret is that I believe of how it happened.
I would relieve(mast**bate) to get more egg release on my end,either before or after each time we had sex. which we tried to have sex everyday. I think I missed maybe 3 days out of the whole month. twins do not run in his family and on mine they're way down the line. they dont have to though. its common sense, the more eggs that are fertile the more your chances are of getting pregnant. this IS a SERIOUS answer believe it or not. i wish u the best of luck in getting pregnant.

Not sure... when my son was conceived, I went for a mile long jog immediately after (stood upright the entire time, jogging) and I still got pregnant.

yes it help. I heard you are supposed to put a pillow under your back to help the flow of the sperm. Not sure how long.

Well its more effective if you stand on your head, my wife had quintuplets after doing this. .....If you are asking this seriously, you shouldnt be having kids stupid
