I have a DVD movie and don't have a dvd player. I want to watch it in my computer using the daemon tool. can i convert that to a bin file so i can watch it on my pc?

USE POWER DVD it makes your computer a DVD player

This is confusing - are you saying you don't have a dvd drive? if that's the case - then you cannot do what you are asking since a cd drive wont read it. Or are you saying you have a dvd drive but for some reason dont want to just put it in and watch the movie?

I'm not aware of any streaming daemon (UNIX) or service (Windows) but VLC is a DVD player with streaming capability that should satisfy you; I think it is the only streaming player you can get in public.

A DVD drive is a must, I assume you were talking about the software portion.
