If know one can stop Kobe Bryant, then how can he suck???

This has been bothering me for a while. I can see how Darko Milicic sucks cause he cannot rebound, defend, pass, or play basketball. Yet Kobe Bryant was drafted from college, has been to several all star games, has had multiple all defensive team nominations, has been all star MVP, has won a few scoring titles, and it seens as if he can put up 50 point on any given night while still shooting at around .500. If all this is true ( which it is), then please tell me why Kobe Bryant suck as a player again??

Kobe Bryant sucks?
Whoever told you that obviously doesn't have much knowledge about basketball, Kobe Bryant is an nba legend...without Kobe Bryant, where would the lakers be this season? answer: Not in potential playoff position. I won't ever say this much in my lifetime, Kobe bryant is practically winning laker games almost by himself. But he can't win a championship by himself, all the lakers need now is a player who would make a good duo with Kobe (like Shaq and Kobe) and the lakers are back in championship conention.

Kobe Bryant isn't invincible, yet is great (i don't purely like the Lakers) Battier did do a great job protecting Kobe as we communicate. in terms of shielding Kobe, i think of there are some gamers available that are able to doing so (Battier, Josh Smith, Ron Artest, Caron Butler, Shawn Marion) in terms of matching Kobe's individual offensive #'s, there are not that many gamers who could have the skill to try this (Allen Iverson, Lebron, healthful Tracy, healthful Arenas) and ultimately, the #one million Kobe Stopper desirable now is his own pinkie

No one debates Kobe's skills as a player. His skills as a human being are quite debatable. Being selfish enough to push management to either "trade Shaq or trade me" is reason enough. What has he done without Shaq? What has Shaq done without him? 'Nuf said.

Then there's the whole Katelyn Faber fiasco. It doesn't matter whether he raped her or not (well, it really does matter, but from the perspective of this question it does not); what matters is that he put himself in a position that such a question can even be debated. Does this sort of thing happen to Tim Duncan or Ray Allen or Dirk Nowitzki or Steve Nash? And it happened just months after the birth of his first daughter, in the second year of his marriage. How can he disrespect his wife and child in that fashion? Consensual or not, it NEVER should have happened.

Also, how about his reputation for "throwing teammates under the bus"? When questioned about this, he stated he should have done what Shaq does and paid her off. (When in fact there are no other accounts of such actions by Shaq). When Karl Malone was joking with Kobe's wife, Kobe took offense and pretty much black-balled Malone from re-signing with the Lakers. If you listen to any of his interviews, he does not talk up his teammates; more often than not he's critical of them.

It all adds up to a lack of maturity and a huge ego. THAT is why he sucks.

its not that kobe sucks...its that the lakers are nowhere near the great team they were when shaq was in the lineup....it merely shows the value of a shaq over a kobe given what happened when shaq went to miami

first of all he wasn't drafted in college, he was drafted straight from high school. well he sucks when he doesn't share the ball. but right now it's okay since no one other than him can carry the Lakers so it's okay. and he doesn't suck, in that matter. he's just trying to play ball and get into the playoffs.

Heres why you suck: EVERY LAST PLAYER IN THE NBA IS BETTER THAN YOU. Better athlete, better skills. Thats why they are there. I'd love to see you match up with Darko. He'd shred you.

I say this because people like you who probably never played higher than HS JV love to say how bad someone sucks.

I've played with some of these guys... trust me, they don't suck.(and I dont even like darko...)
