You do not specifically indicate in what way the Supervisor has "harrassed".

If the "harrassment" is not of a sexual nature, but just being picky in sticking to company policy and procedures, like dress codes, being on time to work, not taking excessive breaks he is just doing his job, but may need some uptraining on his people and management skills.

If he has "sexually harrassed" them by asking them out, making inappropriate comments or jokes to or around them, or touching them inappropriately, then, at minimum, somone in H.R. may have (or at least should have) addressed the issue of a complaint(s) filed against him, advise him what the company policy and what is considered inappropriate behavior and that they are investigating the matter further.

If the case is the latter, not to former, encourage all of the girls to start making all of the complaints and follow up IN WRITING (U.S. Mail and E-Mail) and keeping a copy for themselves. If they keep getting stone-walled by H.R., find out who the owners or corporate management is (www.bbb.org or through the Secretary or State in the State that they reside in) and include them in copies of correspondence as they are the ones that are ultimately held accountable for the bottom line (and will be the biggest losers if it ever has to go to Civil Court and the girls can prove the company did not meet its due diligence in resolving the matter).

They should also document every time an incident occurs in the event they may need to resort to fling a complaint with the Labor Board, EEOC or Civil Suit.

This problem needs to be reported to the authorities then. Given the option the buisinesses human resources department will keep it quiet and usually just give a write-up for it.
