Like if the very last term you had for your undergrad was the worst term you had in 2 years and you got all B-'s?
Or is it just the entire GPA that matters

In general the schools look for improvement over time and not the opposite. They will probably believe that you slacked off once you got accepted or once you realized you were going to graduate. This doesn't show good personal character. The overall GPA does matter but this will as well.
I suggest you address this in your essay and have a good reason why your grades went down.

It sounds like you're doing great! Your story reminds me of a discussion in psych class. The teacher stated that if you're making a 4.0 GPA, then you're dropping the ball on something else. Extra-curricular activites have a lot of weight, and show you are a solid, well-rounded student.

If you haven't joined any academic clubs you may want to consider one. Phi-Theta-Cappa is a great one. Clubs not only look good for grad school, but it looks great on your resume. Best of luck to you!

Having all B's for your last term won't make you look bad. However, I believe you need to have a certain GPA to get into grad school. You may want to check that out with your advisor. Good luck!

I'm assuming, based on the question, that you're a straight-A student. If that's the case and this term you got all B's, you should have no problem whatsoever. Even grad schools shouldn't be a problem if that's the case.
