Don't limit yourself to one career site. Different employers post on different sites and others look at resumes on different sites. I would suggestion posting your resume on several sites.

hotjobs is another decent sized one
dice.com is the best for techie types
there are tons of speciality sites out there for different jobs or areas - www.wsj.com is the Wall St. Journal site and is a good portal to a lot of different career websites.
