Honestly it is the Gov. tapping in. I lived in this apartments that the local FBI had to tap all the phone wires because of all the shady drug deals going down. Don't worry they really can't sue what you're saying against you because you aren't aware they're listening.

That happens to me too!!!!!!!
And I have noooo idea why it does that.
I would like to know as well......
But I think it's just the phone's "glitch."
