As long as you have a court order that was in place prior to the kids being 18, yes. Owed child support never goes away.

If he was in arrears, then yes. If the ex failed to pay what he was legally obligated to pay, yes. Time isn't a factor. Burden of proof will lie on him.
Go see a lawyer or contact the State 'Child Support Enforcement'. Stay away from those "We'll Help You Collect" websites. Them ******* aren't nothing but shysters who want to rip you off (at least 35%) of what they collect. Beware!

Seems to me that men think just cause their kids are over 18 that they do not have to pay for them, well guess what, you owed me then you will owe me still. If a man or woman owes back support..it does not matter the age of the child, you are entitled to it.and I also think the child can also take the absent parent to court.GOOD LUCK TO YOU !!.

Yes you can. There are no statutes of limitations to back child support.Though you may want to contact the State Child Enforcement Agency which had your case.

If you had a child support order you should be able to. Go to your local courthouse, they will tell you what sort of papers to file. If you did not have an order for child support previously then I don't think you can.

Now that they are both adults no you cannot! If they were under 18 you could but now it is too late to even try. Be sure to talk to a lawyer and find out either way though as i am not an expert in this case. Good luck to you.

Yes, if there was a child support order in place. If there wasn't, then that's a totally different matter.
