Yes - and bad
I was hitch-hiking in France - we got to Paris and went to the camp site in the park. the only place left were awful - except for this one piece of grass under a willow tree.
We pitched tent.
In the night there was this sloshing noise.
In the morning the tent was purple - the birds had been crapping purple berry poo on the tent. Worse still my shoes were outside and were full. Yuks - but at least we didn't need youghert for breakfast

Yes, it stinks.
I have no idea what it tastes like, because I do not like bird drop soup.
