Yea well like every ordinary day i log on to my computer right? Well this time I logged on and my start/programs bar was gone and my icons wouldn't show up, it was just my background and my mouse pointer.....What the hell should I do?

Go into safe mode, use System Restore to get back to when it was working.

Install some anti virus(I suggest avast) and scan your computer completely and then reboot it.
if the problem still persists right click on your desktop and go to 'arrange icons' tab and check if show icons on desktop is selected or not. if not selected select it.(This will just do with icons on desktop)
if you have any restore points restore system to that particular time(better check for recent one's)
the last option is put your OS cd and repair your OS (repair not format).

Take it to someone and try to repare it. Do u no some1 that is good at computers? Then go to them and try to find what's wrong. If it is a old com. than you can as well buy a new 1 but if it is a new than something is wrong. Try to erase all teh games and junk stuff like wallpapers it helps a lot when you do that.
