Circumcised refers to removal of the foreskin on the penis. Typically, this takes place within a few days of a baby's birth; however, it can be done later. Some parents choose to do this for religious reasons while others believe it is more sanitary and easier for the male to keep the penis clean later in life with the foreskin removed.

For Males it is the removal of the foreskin on the penis. It is done either for religious reasons -- with Jews within a few days of birth, or around 14 with Muslims, or it is done for health/medical reasons. The incidence of circumcision has declined in the western world in the last 40 years.
On females circumcision, or as many people call it, "female genital mutilation", can take several forms. The least severe is 'symbolic circumcision' where the clitoris is just scratched. Other forms are the actual removal of the clitoris; the removal of the clitoris and the vulva; or the most severe -- the removal of the clitoris and vulva plus scrapping the labia mojoria then sewing the labia together leaving a small hole for urination and menstrual flow. It is often done of girls as young as 4 y.o or as old as 15-16 (just before marriage) depending on the country, culture and traditions.

Since I'm jewish i know alot about this but I will try not to go into graphic detail. When a jewish baby boy is born he has the tip of his p*e*n*i*s removed also called the foreskin. I'm not really sure why we do this, but they have been doing it since the beginning of time. If your wondering if it hurts the baby i really don't think it does. I used to think about this, like doesn't that hurt? But my mother explained it to me and the baby is to young. Yes it might hurt a bit but it won't hurt like it would for older guys. They either do it right at birth or they have a babynaming and do it there. A baby naming is when the parents have a little gathering with friends and family and a rabbi and they pick the child's hebrew name and if it a boy he gets circumcised. I guess you can say baby namings are alot like a babtism.

Removing the foreskin is no longer necessary, as we now know how to practice good hygiene. The foreskin has many nerve endings, which make for lots of pleasure for the man. Circumcision is the norm, but will not be forever.

If you have a son you'll have the choice. It's when thye cut the foreskin so that there is a head so to say. Uncircumsized guys are more prone to infection. They have to be more careful and pull back the skin theirselves to wash have sex

When a little baby boy is born his little wee wee is wearing a turtleneck sweater but since most of us wear clothes, guys don't need turtleneck sweaters for their wee wees.
After discovering that it's more hygenic to not wear a turtleneck, doctors decided to remove it a few days after a baby boy is born.
Turtlenecks can also be removed for religious purposes.
