I think your boyfriend is not all he's cracked up to be. Mr. hotpants needs to get a life and that wouldn't be lava life.
You can't cement anything that hot as the fissures have already started :))

why dont you just tell him that? tell him that you like him, but that you'd like to talk about more than just lava. but be nice about it. you dont want to hurt his feelings. maybe the guy's not that good at making good conversation. and remember not to be too serious about every little problem from the beginning. because then later on, it's going to be annoying to him when you comfront him about the big problems since he'll be too used to you arguing and he wont take you seriously.

The best you can hope for in a man is a strike-slip. I would NOT recommend any down-hole logging until you are serious about your relationship.
It is possible that he is genuine- us guys are pretty simple. If we are talking about tool box collections in response to relationship questions, its likely that we are actually thinking about toolboxes.

I don't want to soft soap this for you, so I'll tell it hard core, he sounds pretty flaky. A little nugget like yourself can do much better, keep digging and you'll find your man of gold!

Sweetie, ALL of us humans have hidden faults. The only thing you can do is learn to deal with them when they surface, if he is worth it that is.....
