Perhaps it is just temporary. But it helps to count to 10. Not knowing what people are doing, it is hard to be a lot of help.
If it is waiting at a stop light - realize that missing one green light because someone didn't respond fast enough will not gain or loose you enough time to make any difference.
If waiting in line at the register, try reading magazine headlines or checking out the candy or items that are usually on racks right beside you. You could, non-verbally, sing your favorite song or catchy jingle. Just find something to do or read or think about that takes your mind off the fact that things are moving too slow.
If it is incompetence, well, that depends if you are working with or for, or they are working for you. Working with - try asking if you can help lighten their load by doing it yourself.
Working for - again, ask if there is something you can do to help.
Working for you - time for a heart to heart, but analyze the situation to insure you are not being unreasonable.
Hope I have helped.

A lot of people tick the crap out of me too.
I guess you can be more patient by taking a deep breath and just relaxing.
Think about something else... do something else to take your mind off it.

I actually take St. Johns Wort...It is an herb you can get it a wall mart and it does make you feel calmer and more content...I am with you stupid people put me over the top...try this ...you will like it...my daughter takes it now and loves how it gets her through PMS... I notice I am more productive...I am less likely to over eat...when i take it and you can stop and start whenever you want... not at all like a drug...More like a supplement...
Please please please try it
it has been wondeful for me and if you do try it let me know what you think...you can begin tomorrow....you take one three times a day and within twenty minutes i feel very calm...cool and collected...

Take a deep breath, and try to laugh it off instead of letting it bother you. If that doesn't work eat some chocolate.

Stay calm and take some deep breaths. Just think of it this way. It is a waste of your time to use negative energy on ppl that make you mad.

Start first with trying not to worry about what you have no control over which would include how other people act.

Keep a stable and calm sense of mind. Don't let them control your mood or your day. Stay in your own zone.
