Each individual is different, it depends on their body frame, muscle mass, and their proportions. Medically speaking between 104-125lbs because of the height. But as long as the person is healthy and happy then the numbers don't matter.

it depends on her body structure....I'm 15 6'1" and 245 pounds...but because I have such a large frame and so much muscule I look good and I'm at a fine weight.

any weight she is comfortable at. I am not comfortable and I'm working on it. Slowly but surely. hehe
