Depends on your job title and how much you really contribute to the company's profitability (where all bonuses are born.) It's not uncommon for top execs to see 50% or more of their total cash comp in a bonus. First level supervisors might get 5 - 10% if anything.

That is a question that should be answered only by
your employer. There should be no recognized
standard for bonuses....like there is for tipping waitresses.
Personally, I think bonuses should not be a fringe benefit
for all employees, but reserved for those whose job performance qualifies them for one.
